My Review:
There is something magical and brilliant about combining the ideas of dinosaurs and pirates. After I read this story, I was amazed that this concept has not been created before. The story follows the youngest recruit. He tries very hard to be a good pirasaurs and make his shipmates proud. The ending is a great lesson about working together. I liked that the ending had a surprise and made for a good ending. Josh is a talented author, I found the story to be fun, and filled with values. This is a great read aloud and I highly recommend it.
