Back of Book:
Bunny loves to sit outside the library with the kids and listen to summer story time. But when the weather gets cold and everyone moves inside, his daily dose of joy is gone. Desperate, Bunny refuses to miss out on any more reading time and devises a plan to sneak into the library at night . . . through the library’s book drop!
What follows is an adorable caper that brings an inquisitive, fuzzy bunny and his woodland pals up close and personal with the books they have grown to love.
My Review:
Oh, my goodness! Bunny’s Book Club is one of those stories that makes you happy to love reading. Readers will love watching as bunny brings more and more friends into the library to enjoy books. This story celebrates the magic of reading in a fun, new adventure. I love that Bunny shares her love of stories with her friends. They all get to be a part of going to the library. There is a wonderful message of friendship that is woven throughout the pages of the book. I can see giving this as a gift to any children who love reading. The illustrations are very sweet, and depict the animals beautifully. I hope that Annie and Tatjana team up to create more picture books soon.
