My Review:
I love when I find books that discuss the writing process. Idea Jar is a great addition to any writing unit. This is a perfect picture book to discuss storytelling. It shows readers that if they use their imagination they can write about anything. I love that the text says that there is no wrong way to write a story. The illustrations are colorful and allow readers to see all the different ways that they can combine subjects to create a fantastic story. I am looking forward to creating my own idea jar for my classroom.
