My Review:
This is a unique and creative picture book. Each page shares a different story of a woman who has made a difference in the world. Their stories are written in poetry with a short biography at the bottom of the page. Susan Hood is a talented and passionate author She gave true homage to each of the fourteen women in this story. I loved the timeline and authors not that are in the story. It gave readers extra research and notes. My favorite part of this book is all the different illustrators. Each illustrator is a woman. They are extremely talented and bring these women to life. This is a book that should be in every classroom. Young women need this kind of book in their lives.
