My Review:
One of my favorite things about teaching younger children is their fascination with legends and fairy tales. My students loved hearing this fun story about children trying to catch a leprechaun and take his gold. I love that the text in this book is broken up into steps on how to create a leprechaun trap. This is a perfect book to use discuss sequencing. The illustrations are detailed and show readers all the ideas that the children had to create a trap. The back of the book has a note from the author on how to create a leprechaun trap. My students loved this book and were excited to create a fun trap together.
