My Review:
I received a copy of this picture book from Greenwillow Books in exchange for an honest review.
I absolutely love the Cece Loves Science series and I am thrilled that Libby is joining this science-loving group. This story follows Libby and her friends Rosa, and Finn as they work together to create fun science experiments for the fall carnival. With teamwork and some test possibilities, the three friends decided on the perfect experiments for the fall carnival. When the children at the carnival do not realize the fun of science, it is up to Libby to show them how fun experiments can be. The illustrations by Joelle Murray are vibrant and capture the excitement of STEAM and how all children can have fun learning. The back of the book has a glossary of scientific terms that give readers more information about science. The science experiments in the story are all creative things that readers can do at home. This is a perfect addition to any STEAM unit and one that shouldn’t be missed.
