Eenie Meenie Halloweenie By Susan Eaddy Illustrated By Lucy Fleming

Back of Book:
It’s Halloween eve, and a little girl has a dress-up trunk full of different costume ideas! Orange tights and Daddy’s tux can transform her into a penguin—or she could be an elephant, with pillowcases for her ears and a sock for her nose! What costume will she choose?
My Review:
I received a copy of this picture book from Harper Collins Publishing in exchange for an honest review. “Eenie Meenie Halloweenie” by author Susan Eaddy is an adorable and creative story that follows a little girl as she tries to decide what she wants to be for Halloween. The text is written in a rhyming scheme that allows readers to follow along with the story. The illustrations by Lucy Fleming are charming and capture the fun and imagination of finding the perfect costume. Readers will fall in love with this delightful story that is perfect for the Halloween season. I look forward to sharing it with my preschool class next week.
